Bones For Life is giving my nervous system a break. And in that enormously vast space I see infinite possibilities that no other method has ever given me. I almost didn’t sign up, seeing no value in those tiny movements. I was mistaken. Refund Policy: If you do the first immersion (which includes taking care of yourself and working at your own pace), and don't experience improvement, we will refund your purchase. This needs to be requested before March 29 and will include a review of attendance or use of replays as well as a conversation about your experience. No refunds will be issued after that time.

Class Size: Class minimums and maximums have been established. Courses that don't meet the minimum will be canceled, and payments will be fully refunded.

Each Immersion meets on the same day and time 


 Option 1: Mondays

All at 10AM-2:30PM EST 

Immersion 1: February 12 - March 11 

All at 10AM-2:30 EDT

Immersion 2: June 3 - July 1

All at 10AM-2:30 EDT

  Immersion 3: July 22 - August 19


Option 2: Wednesdays AND Fridays
  All at 6PM-8PM EST  

 Immersion 1: February 14 - March 15

All at 6PM-8PM EDT

Immersion 2: May 29 - June 28

All at 6PM-8PM EST

Immersion 3: July 24 - August 23 


Option 3: Saturdays

All at 10AM-2:30PM EST

Immersion 1: February 17 - March 16

All at 10AM-2:30PM EDT

Immersion 2: June 1 - June 29

All at 10AM-2:30 EDT

Immersion 3: July 27 - August 24


Choose your primary day/time below. If you have a conflict, you are allowed to make up a session on a different day.

Payment Details: You will pay $350 today followed by 4 monthly payments of $200 for a total of $1150. Because you are committing to all 3 Immersions at one time, you are receiving Immersion 3 FREE. That is a savings of $575.

Session Make-ups: You will sign up for one day (either Monday, Wed/Fri, or Saturday), but if you have a conflict, you are allowed to make up a session on a different day.
