You will be guided through an assessment tool that includes these areas:

✓ Available weight-shift over each leg in mid-stance 

✓ Counter rotation of the girdles 

✓ The 3 planes of motion in each girdle 

✓ The carriage of the shoulder girdle 

✓ Pelvic retraction 

✓ Hip extension 

✓ Low back neutrality 

✓ Knee valgus, varus, and hyperextension 

✓ Initial contact, weight acceptance and push-off in the foot as well as pronation or supination
